Maintenance kept me informed of everything that was being done even showed me the broken part very polite and respectful. The fact that they clean up after themselves is awesome too. Great communication on all fronts.

I have rented from Ascend since 2013 and they always respond, immediately, to my maintenance requests and any questions I have. Like trimming overgrown tree limbs. Unfortunately, I can't remember the front office woman's name (Megan?), but she is very kind and helpful.
