One of the best growth services I have ever tried. The followers we've gained are laser targeted, much better than what Instagram delivers via paid advertising so they definitely know what they are doing. Big thanks!

The results are amazing! My business is starting to reach new heights and my account has appeared on the search list for my keyword.. this wouldn't be possible without having a massive amount real & active followers that are constantly engaging with my content. Thanks Ascendviral for everything!

Thanks to AscendViral our social media is almost on self-management mode. We haven't had the need to hire anyone to create high-cost ads to bring in more followers, as this task is now fully managed by this agency and they have done great so far.

The followers they provided were very spammy. They didn't do their homework to target the right accounts. It should take 10 minutes of work to find the right target accounts. The customer support was terrible. These people don't care about you. A waste of money. Also beware - they have a bunch of people promoting them on reddit. I'm guessing it's their people not true fans. Please note - I was not being rude to the team members at Ascend Viral. I spent 50% of my marketing budget on them and expected good quality. We are a small startup with limited funds. We trusted Ascend Viral and were terribly disappointed. Their team member told me that I had to do the work I paid them to do myself. Any sane person would find that unacceptable. Also they made it seem like I was getting the service I paid for which is ridiculous because they weren’t doing their job! To be honest, I’ve never left a negative review for anyone or anything in my life, but this was truly disappointing. Edited - TrustPilot is a place where you post an honest review about your experience. I posted about my experience and was instantly harassed by the CEO of Ascend Viral by email and on this website. Now I question whether the other reviews for his company are legitimate. Please stop harassing me. If you don't want a negative review, do your job well! Thanks. Edit - The company is doing everything it can to make sure that my review is taken down. Unfortunately for them I have receipts verifying the purchase.

A few notes about this reviewer: - They were signed up for 8 days. They were 100% refunded, and their service was cancelled by us (not them) because of their rude and demanding behavior. - I sent various back and forth messages with this user trying to resolve this situation. I offered them a free month in addition to the refund so we can improve their targeting. They turned it down and continued to be rude towards us. They never provided acceptable targeting information during their subscription. - Our official Reddit account is @ascendviral. Feel free to report anything that doesn't come from that Reddit account. Some people use various social media platforms to spam our affiliate links. Those referrals get rejected. - They likely should've signed up for a service that was a better fit for them and their budget. They had extremely high expectations from the smallest package that we offer. - The user’s only other review on Trustpilot is their own company, which they rated 5 stars. This review has since been deleted. Unfortunately, since the user has made various edits to their original review (including outright false claims), we created a blog post that shows all the communications we had with the user. Their personal information has been redacted. https://www.ascendviral.com/our-first-negative-review/ The password for the blog post is "trustpilot". We hope this clarifies the situation for anyone who is curious. We wish the best of luck to Alex moving forward.

Besides a very solid service, they are dropping a lot of knowledge around IG in general. Super easy to work with too, has been a pleasure all the way!

I'll give it four stars. While the service is as advertised, I'd like my followers delivered a little quicker. I understand that these are not bot followers but I was hoping to gain a little more than just a few thousand followers per month. Other than that, everything was fine.
