I am happy that I found this company. My business has grown and keeps on growing organically, and this has helped me to open new revenue streams via Instagram. They have amazing communication skills and work-ethics!

A complete scam! They waste your time by bombarding you with a long list of questions and drag it out day after day until your subscription period ends, without doing anything to grow your account. A total waste and the biggest scam!

Hi! We don’t recognize this name. Can you please email us so we can identify you and resolve this? If there are ever onboarding delays with the free trial, then we can extend the free trial. If nothing happened during your free trial, then there is usually a reason for this. We want users to be able to try our service! That's why we have a free trial. Furthermore, we absolutely have to ask questions so we can understand your audience and your niche. We want the most accurate growth possible for our clients. Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] so we can identify you. Update: It's been one week since this review has been posted, and nobody has claimed this review. We don't have a customer with this name, and this user never submitted any information to Trustpilot. That being said, we'd love to help them if they ever decide to reach out. Additionally, if any user reading this review has any issues with our service or with our free trial, please contact us through email. We resolve things quickly through email. We can also assign a different growth assistant to you. We want to help you grow on Instagram! Thanks, Ethan

Working with this company has been great and these people really treated my business like their own. I also got some good tips and pointers how to take the max out of my Instagram campaigns and I am more than satisfied with the service.

second day to my trial zero growth, they might aswell give a cheap trial instead or no trial if they are not going to deliver anything before getting paid. So dissapointed having 2 days gone forever instead of having other solutions. The only good thing is the UI.

Hi, This user violated our free trial policy and signed up for multiple free trials on the same day. All of the trials were then canceled moments later. This user also never contacted their personal growth assistant. I personally reached out to this user, and they have not responded. Thanks, Ethan

The Growth Support manager, Esha, was very professional and attentive. Josie and the CEO were also very attentive and I enjoyed working with Ascend Viral. Ultimately it wasn't the right solution for me and where I am at the moment in my social media journey, but I valued very much the team's care, attentiveness, and their expert tips on how to boost my social media success. The tips were tailored and felt very much bespoke and personalised. Comms were warm, timely, clear and reassuring when needed. Big thank-you to the team and Esha especially!

I have been using ascend viral for 5 months now and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve tried all of the other “instagram growth services” and I was met with poor service and scummy people. The team at ascend viral is the real deal. I highly recommend this company to anybody who is looking to improve their Instagram!
