Dr. Winters listen carefully evaluated my responses and was very reassuring. I'm very grateful that this service is available otherwise we might have had to go ER and that would be very difficult for me because I'm very weak

I got the answers I needed
I got the answers I needed. I would pass on to Dell to include written hookup instructions for us seniors not so savvy on computers. After working for three days, I got the answers only after swearing many time that I would never purchase a Dell again.
