Compassionate, easy to understand, took her time with me

Kevin gave me what basically are two different ways to solve the issue. He gave me written instructions and then videos to accompany them. Normally, I would've been put off by that, however, the instructions he gave me were/are the equivalent of "did you restart your computer." Kevin did one thing that I didn't expect: He called me back every 30 minutes to check on me. If this had been any other company, I would've said, "Yeah, right." But he did. I will absolutely use Just Answer again.

Whether or not, I should take insulin now.

It was easy to speak to the doctor and he gave some good advice and explained everything to me. It was like talking to my doctor. Super job!

It’s good that you can chat with a real life doctor on line. Yes I expected to actually see that I thought of the same. It was very helpful

My question was addressed quickly and proper questions were asked. I will need to follow up with personal doctor, but otherwise, I feel much better.
