The representatives actually read what I wrote and walked me through the whole process. I am very happy. However, I would change the call that came to me telling me the technician would call and for me to hold. Well, I was holding and when a call came in from San Francisco I didn't answer it. That was the technician calling me. Happily Pearl came online asking me what happened. We straigntened it out.
