Austin was very helpful, gave me information about the warranty on my refrigerator, and let me know it would be fully covered, labor and parts. He gave me the parts number and a toll-free number to call to get my refrigerator fixed. Also he was very courteous.

What a scam! They said they would charge me a refundable $1 for help with my Fitbit. I just checked my bank statement and they charged me $55!!!! Don't fall for it.

My representative was very helpful and patient. I had to enter my husband's computer to look for the information and the representative waited until I could do so. Responses to my answers was very quick.
