I was trying to get ahold of Amazon and somehow entered this site. They could not help me get into my alexa account. They charged me $48.00 to give me the phone number to Amazon. Also, the $1.00 charge is a lie they will charge you $1.00 plus an additional $47.00. I definitely feel like they are dishonest. Update after speaking with customer service. Sorry about your bad luck. You paid $48.00 for nothing.
