The Tec was straight to the point. When he found out exactly what the problem was and what the item was it was causing my problem. It only took him a matter of less than a couple of seconds to give me clear and direct instructions. They sent me on the right path and solved my issue

I have recently moved and when unpacking boxes came across these beautiful JBennett bird plates. I was not interested in selling them, but I was very curious about the artist and the value of the plates. All my questions were answered and learning more about the artist was very interesting. Thank you for all your help!
