Still waiting for repairman to come. Store doesn't seem to be a lot of help. They told me somebody should fix it in the next day or two. I am getting very upset with this.

The technician was very courteous and up front that Just Answer had no solution to my Printer concern after presenting several attempts on correcting the ink cartridge problem on the inoperative printer. He noted that there may be a mechanical or software concern that may be causing the problem. to fix this would probably be more expensive than purchasing a new, more up to date printer. I still have not received any response from the printer manufacturer with whom I set up a service inquiry several months ago.

I didn't realize Just answer was affiliated with Roku. But the person who I was texting with could answer so quickly. I was very surprised. I felt like I could have asked him anything and could have told me. I am a 62 yr old woman living by herself. I would have loved to have this service. There are things that need to be fixed but I don't know how to fix them. I have no doubt that I could call this company and they could tell me how to do it. I just can't afford it on my disability check.

Tech was extremely patient and did a great job leading me through set up. He knew when to say no when I said yes but he did not remind me to restart my computer when setup was complete. Other than that it was perfect.
