Working with Valerie was a breeze! She’s sweet and caring. I was incredibly impressed with the work product she provided to me. This was all possible with her easy going process and follow ups. I would highly recommend her service to anyone looking to touch up a resume and linkedin profile.

Valerie has helped me to empower myself and find clarity in my career path. Highly recommend her to anyone.

I was contacted via LinkedIn by Valerie and found her proposal eye catching and her enthusiasm to help my career pursuits even more appealing. Just about a week after our initial resume review and questionnaire, did she have a final draft of a completely revamped resume to fit ATS criteria and employer desired format! She was very helpful and knowledgeable

Valerie and Brian recently worked with my two new college graduates. They were kind, thoughtful, and pulled out the magic in my boy's abilities while making those skills tangible for the hiring people to choose to review their resumes and offer an interview. Thank you both for your help and desire to support my kids!

Valerie is so much more than a person who helps you "find the next job." Valerie's guidance and wisdom made it possible for her to reel in some of my rougher edges to refine not only my resume and LinkedIn page - she helped me refine my thinking about my career in general. Val has this knack to let you go and go... until you have the aha moment she was looking for. She looks for the coachable and teachable aspects of each client. Valerie's ability to counsel her clients with patient mentoring keeps me going back to her as my go-to "help me think this through" whenever I find myself in a new or unexpected situation or with a new or unexpected opportunity. I've been working long enough to know that I better listen to what Val has to say. She'll wait out my stubborn tendencies until I get on the same page and that's a really unusual talent for a career coach and mentor.

Valerie is a talented and caring professional, who understands the needs of her clients. She spent many hours with me creating a resume, review my career goals, plan a path for change after spending 20 years in a career. She offered sage advice when deciding what positions would best serve my personal and professional goals. She has a great sense of humor, and provided needed confidence. Her resume writing and career coaching talents led me to a new career path within a couple of months. I highly recommend her services if you are considering a career change and need someone who can lead you through the process. I love my new job and working with Valerie was the key to finding success!

Most of Valerie's actual job placement services are based on the client's individual network. In my experience, Valerie inflated her ability to assist with job placement. If you are a mid-career professional and do not have a robust and influential network, these services will not be beneficial. I would suggest going the route of participating in a mid-career fellowship if you are seeking to make a career pivot and need to expand your network. With this said, Valerie did offer a ton of support and accountability. Unfortunately for me, I was not lacking in these areas and ultimately disappointed in my ROI. I think her services would be better suited for Senior-level Executives seeking a career change.

Did not have a positive experience.
