I was able to set up automatic payments…
I was able to set up automatic payments with a customer service rep. The rep walked me through the steps and displayed patience.

Your in place proceedures to react to a non-payment due to CC expiration is a little fast. However, when I have called, the situation was quickly addressed to my satisfaction.
