June 10, I spoke with them. They promised to ship my items when I pay. June 11 morning I wired the money. Called everyday and told them I need the racks ASAP but June 13 they told me the shipping company will deliver Monday. I had to cancel my order Friday. They charged me over $700 for shipping and preparing my order! I received a check for the remaining amount.

I was please with the website. I was able to find what I needed and when it came time to purchase I was please to find out that the process was being handle by a professional knowledgeable team. I gave a 2 star because when I was reviewing there site they said it was in stock. When I wanted to order it was not in stock. I feel like a bait & switch. If your out of stock say so and give a time when you hope it to be in. I own a business and found years ago be honest & straight forward. John

Customer service made it very easy to order the materials I needed, and even sent over detailed schematics so I could confirm the dimensions were exactly what I needed.

I had done an online quick quote for some beams and wire decking and in the confirmation email it said someone would contact you in the next day or two and it has been over a week since I did the quote with no contact. I have since gone elsewhere to fill my needs.

Our purchase experience went very well. I contacted DJ in sales and we discussed a few options and decided upon some pallet rack shelving. The quote, order process, and delivery all went very smoothly. We received what we ordered in good condition, and within the timeframe agreed upon, etc. I would definitely purchase from them again.
