I ordered a pair of front rotors for a 2006 six lug Silverado LS 1500 and what I got was a 12" rotor when it should have been a 13" rotor. Yes the 6 lug fits, but I needed the 13" rotor. Will not order for ATL Autosports again. R Kraus

Communication was good but tracking sucks. It says estimated delivery Saturday dec 16- Wednesday dec 20. But doesn’t give a location for the item. I have bought many things off of eBay. I know what happens. They assign a tracking number to get paid. But don’t ship for days later. And I believe that is ridiculous.

When I purchased the brake parts fast shipping should arrive in 1 to 4 days. The part was ordered on Sunday 7-16-17 a shipping label was created on Monday 7-17-17 but the part was never taken to the post office till Wednesday 7-19-17 at 445pm. So instead of the part getting here today 7-20-17 which is when I needed it buy, it won't be here till Saturday 7-22-17. It will arrive in 7 days almost double the time advertised do to the sellers negligence.

The customer service is great, but the rotors I ordered are not "true" and I can really feel it at high way speeds. When I lightly brake it feels like the cars going to shake apart.

We are really sorry to hear that, and we assure you that you do have a quality product. It sounds like your pads and rotors are glazed and can be fixed by following the installation instructions we sent with the product. You can tell the rotors and pads are glazed by looking at your rotors, and if they have a mirror finish than that is the problem. You will need to be more aggressive than the instructions tell you, because first you will have to remove the glaze, and then you will have to get them seated properly. Hope this helps, if not please contact us and we would be more than happy to help.
