This was by far the worst 3PL distribution center I've ever worked with. Communication was virtually nonexistent, shipments were constantly delayed, and inventory accuracy seemed to be an afterthought. Every issue required multiple follow-ups, and even then, responses were slow and rarely resolved the problem. Orders were frequently shipped incorrectly, tracking information was often inaccurate, and customer service appeared completely overwhelmed. Instead of taking ownership of mistakes, the team seemed more interested in making excuses than finding solutions. The lack of organization and attention to detail created ongoing disruptions to our business and cost us valuable time and money. If reliability, accountability, and professionalism are important to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience was frustrating from start to finish, and I would not trust this facility with our inventory again.

We're sorry, this is a hard read, and we're not going to explain it away. Delayed shipments, orders shipped incorrectly, inventory treated as an afterthought, and a team that made excuses instead of owning the mistakes is the opposite of what a 3PL should be, and we take full accountability for the experience you had. What you described is exactly why we rebuilt our standards and put them in writing for every client, with automatic credits when we fall short: 100% Order Accuracy — the right items, right quantities, every order. If we get one wrong, we credit the full order value and reship correctly on our dime. 100% On-Time Shipping — orders in by 2 PM ship the same business day, guaranteed, or we credit you back. 100% Inventory Accuracy — your stock, accurate to the unit; anything lost or damaged in our care is credited at full cost. The point of putting these in writing was to replace excuses with accountability, the exact thing you found missing. We're sorry we lost your trust, and these commitments are how we're earning it back. Take care and best wishes, — The Atomix Logistics Team
