Charles was very helpful in getting me set up with my Word program.

He ( I think it was Steve) helped me uninstall my old Word subscription and then installed the Word Suite I'd bought. My husband and I had both tried to do it ourselves, but it was beyond our knowledge. Steve did everything so it was easy for me!

When I finally got a service member to help me everything went very smooth. thank you.

My experience with Atomsoftwares was amazing. The support received was practical and from a very knowledgeable staff. I will recommend this service to my colleagues.

helpful Good

Very helpful and persistent. Got to the root of the problem. Polite and qualified!

The customer service once I received a call back was excellent. Very efficient and very knowledgeable. I missed a deadline because of the long delay in reply from Atomsoftware, but ultimately they did resolve my launch issue.

Product should have loaded without support involvement but the support was very good.
