My account still not fixed and I'm not able to order tickets

The promotional email about 50% off on Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die lacks detail about how to redeem, not to mention it did not work. Although I was told that it should work via the Fever app, it still showed as an unavailable voucher. I wasted good 15 minutes trying to figure it out, and Atom's customer response was not helpful.
