Hearing aids two year old when one quit working. I had t send bth back to get a repair. Paid $200. I have been waiting 3 months and all I get is the run around. Avoid these folks.

Repaired hearing aide returned not properly repaired. It screeches. Lost hearing aide and unable to contact customer support over a period of several weeks. No one answers the phone or returns calls, as though the company is gone. One service rep is entirely unreachable, then twice texted back to suggest he's there, has been ill or on many long calls -all lies. Have lost over $2,000 on new hearing aides and insurance and repairs. Am seeking refunds.
