On the "Run and Drive" designation – this is assigned by Copart when a vehicle arrives at their lot, and it reflects that the engine started and the vehicle moved at that time only. It's based on a visual check and basic movement test, not a full mechanical inspection, so it's a limited indicator rather than a guarantee of ongoing condition. Condition reports and listing details come from the auction and seller, and vehicles are sold as-is, which is why we always recommend an independent inspection before bidding when possible.
