Awesome customer service. Everyone was friendly . They got my car done hours before they said it was going to be done . Great price too for my window. Hands down would definitely go back if I needed to & will be telling people about them . I went to the crestwood location.

Contacted them by website, they got back quickly, gave me a quote and told me they would come the next day to fix my car's side mirror. Took both my wife and my phone number, said they would call when on the way. By 4pm the next day, they hadn't contacted us (I took PT to work so the car would be at home). I rang them and they said they'd contact the driver and get back to me. They didn't. After 5pm, I texted and asked if I should assume they weren't coming. Heard nothing. I booked a different repair company the next day.

When I bought my current vehicle, the front windshield had a small crack in it that the previous owner told me had been there forever and wasn’t gonna get any bigger. I was reading over the checklist for vehicle inspections in Virginia and realized I couldn’t pass unless I fixed the windshield. I had until Wednesday to get it inspected. I called auto glass now on Friday afrernoon, was able to get an immediate quote over the phone, and I was able to get an appointment for Tuesday, just in time for my inspection the next day! The day of my appointment I was running so late and traffic was horrible, I called to let them know (assuming we would reschedule) and they extended me the courtesy of waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time and still servicing my vehicle the minute I got there. The receptionist was very nice, the waiting area was clean and they had complimentary coffee available, they were super flexible about different payment methods/splitting payment between two cards, the price I was told from the initial phone call until the service was completed never changed, they had me in and out of there I didn’t have to wait for very long, they gave me a completely itemized receipt, the windshield looks great, and it came with a warranty. Love this place & will definitely recommend it if I’m ever asked where to get window replacements !

Quality ( No obvious distortion, flaws in glass & no noticeable difference from OEM glass). Cost (30-50% less than other local shops), Service (1hr replacement), timely (Scheduled in 3 days vs 2+ weeks in other local shops. I read some of the negative online reviews on various AGN shops and was concerned. I've worked professionally with auto parts 35+ years. My AGN experience was 100% good. My installer has 18+ years doing this type work. I came in the door at 8 scheduled appmt. and out at 9:05am. This shop does it right & at a great price. Already gave my roofing contractor a heads up about AGN Dixie Hwy. : 10519 Dixie Hwy., Louisville Ky. 40272 (502) 966-8883
