Ashley and Denzel are both great professional and helpful people. It took a little while to get the glass, but that was not AGN's fault. The installation looks great and that part didn't take long at all. The communication during this process was great.

The team at the University Drive - Huntsville, AL location of Auto Glass Now were amazing! They scheduled my glass replacement within 24 hours. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and checked in. The staff not only offered coffee but also treated me and the two other customers to a breakfast sandwich while we waited. The environment was friendly and the service efficient. Within a couple of hours I was on my way. There was a steady stream of customer traffic while I was there, everything from cracks in windshields to shattered rear windows. Everyone received the same courteous service. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now for your window repair or replacement needs. Not only do they provide excellent service at affordable prices but they also give great money saving tips, "Check with your auto insurance carrier about adding full auto glass repair coverage with no deductible."

Excellent service and price. I was in and out in less than an hour. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00, the technician started working by 8:30. I was quoted $450 by Safelight...only paid $205.

After leaving, I discovered one of their tools punctured a hole in my tire. I called about reimbursement and got nothing. Not only did I pay cash for a new windshield but I had to pay to get my tire plugged because they ran over their tool.
