Hello, we’re sorry that the report provided little useful information and that the handling of your refund request left you dissatisfied. To clarify, Automoli.com is the name of our website and service, while AutoISO is the legal name of our company in Poland. This is why correspondence or payment-related communication may refer to AutoISO. A VIN checksum only verifies that the VIN has a valid format; it does not guarantee that historical records such as mileage, damage, inspections, or service events will be available. The report is generated from data requested from external sources at the time of purchase, and its content depends on the records actually received for the VIN. We understand that this distinction must be communicated clearly before purchase. We also regret that you received repetitive responses rather than a satisfactory explanation of your individual case. Kind regards, The Automoli Team

Cordiali saluti, Il team Automoli

Hello, thank you for taking the time to explain your experience in such detail. We’re sorry that the report did not provide the vehicle and maintenance history you expected, and that the response to your refund request felt like a repetition of the same explanation rather than a genuine review of your concerns. Automoli.com requests data from external partners when a report is purchased and generates the report from the records actually received for the VIN. The categories shown in the free VIN check indicate the types of data that may be available; they do not guarantee a specific number of maintenance events, inspections, mileage readings, or other historical records. However, we understand the central point of your feedback: labels such as “Vehicle History” or “Check History” can create an expectation of detailed historical entries. If the resulting report contains only basic information, that distinction may not be clear enough before purchase. A headline should not lead customers to expect detailed maintenance or event records unless those records can be identified clearly. Your suggestions about showing more transparent previews, example entries, or clearer explanations of each data category are constructive. We take this feedback seriously, as customers should be able to understand the likely scope of a report before making a payment. Kind regards, The Automoli Team
