AutoPowerSource LLCReviews of autopowersource.com

I needed an engine for my 2008 Lexus and reached out to quite a few distributors. Everyone I reached out to found an engine but they had to many miles and very costly.I called AutoPowerSource and got immediate responses. Catherine the service representative I spoke with was very informative and knowledgeable about what I needed and gave me a few options. Low miles and very affordable. I was starting to get really frustrated because I could not find what I really wanted. I want to thank AutoPowerSource for their help and especially Catherine who walked me through the entire process.

I had a great experience working with Catherine while purchasing a replacement engine for my truck. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to all of my questions. Catherine made the entire process smooth and stress-free by keeping me informed and making sure I understood my options. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend working with her.

Great experience. A pleasure to work with Catherine.

Good price, and excellent communication from Daisy. Fast free shipping.

Catherine was extremely helpful with helping us choose our engine for our vehicle. The customer service was exceptional and fast. Catherine was very understanding standing and patient with helping me through the process of purchasing my engine. Would definitely order from here again

Customer service has been a very good experience for me. Daisy in the shipping department is amazing, she kept me up to date with the whole process and when item arrived at my mechanics shop and he found out there was a problem with the converter, I contacted Daisy and sent her some pictures of what the mechanic found that happened during shipping, she got straight on it with a solution. She was able to get a warranty refund of half the cost of a new torque converter. She followed up with me all the way to make sure it was refunded back to my card. I'm just saying that from the sale to the shipping, customer service has been excellent for me. I want to thank Daisy wor the exceptional customer service she has provided to me. A company like Auto Power Source is the place to go when you need good parts and great customer service. Thank you all

Catherine is literally the greatest. She was super patient with me and all my questions. She got me everything i asked for without any issues. 10/10 would buy again!

Customer service was very fast at responding to my order and worked diligently to make sure I was getting the correct part. Even speaking with our mechanic which was above and beyond anything I had expected. Once they figured out the part I actually needed, the order was updated and communication was clear, friendly, and thorough. Honestly was so grateful through the whole process because when your car isn't working, it can be very stressful. This felt like I had a whole team working to make sure I got what I needed to get back on the road.
