Anthony explained everything clearly and in detail and answered all my questions. When he needed to speak to his supervisor he put me on a very brief hold then connected me directly with his supervisor, Gregg who was as respectful as Anthony and responded to all my questions and concerns. We look forward to doing business with them if necessary and I now have peace of mind re: my car.

Scam. Don't do business with this company unless you do some homework. They won't cover your vehicle if you do any customization. I had a lift on my truck when I got the coverage and informed the representative that I did, just to be sure it would be covered if something went wrong. I read the pamphlet I finally received, and noticed vehicles with a lift or over sized tires aren't covered. After talking with numerous different representatives trying to cancel my policy, they claim I didn't inform them of the lift and tires. I can get a partial pro-rated refund but it'll take a month to get it. Terrible customer service.

Auto Protect USA-has three different names. I canceled my service because of what appeared to be a scam after spending $400 for a warranty discovered I had no coverage.. sent a FedEx request with a letter to cancel. I was told it would take 8 to 10 weeks. After I was told sooner you get the letter here that sooner you’ll get your check. Because they can’t Credit the money back to my credit card. Spoke with a Joe Brooks and many others horrible representation long Phone waits. I’ll solve this in court. I’ve already contacted the Better Business Bureau be cautious, argumentative, defensive, representatives, bad bad, bad business.

Richard and his boss were both kind and good at explaining things in detail for me as far as cost and length of time of payments, and what all would be covered. Gave me time to write everything down, and answered all questions I had. Very thorough. Thank you, for your kindness, due to my circumstances.
