This was a wonderful experience. We needed to do a rush shipment and they accommodated this smoothly and efficiently. Everything went exactly as planned and there was excellent communication with the driver. Would absolutely recommend.

Professional, quick, fast and courteous. I was nervous. First time using a transport service. Don was great. Made it in 1 day. Thank you for not making me do the drive to get our truck!

Order number: 221386 Had an awesome experience with these guys. My vehicle was actually shipped a day early which was great as I was on a time crunch. It arrived safely and with absolutely no damage at all. If I need to ship another vehicle I will definitely be using these guys again. Thank you to Jessie who helped out a lot!

Hi, I shipped my BMW from San Diego to Charlotte on 28th February and Driver Mike delivered this car on 10th March in Charlotte. Overall experience was good and representative Edith was helpful. It would be great if Direct Express could able to give car shipment status during transportation of the car. Order number was 221186 and your main customer service representative was Edith.
