I am very happy with how they handled controversy. At first the courier company went to wrong place but Auxbeam was very polite and assured me they would take care of it AND THEY DID. My bulbs were redirected and I received them in a timely fashion. Good customer service.

Two of the lights I ordered were messed up, after a back and forth convo discussing troubleshooting or other ways to help they decided to send replacement bulbs at their own cost I can’t rate them high enough
