I was able to create and publish an ad for my space very easily, the app handled background checks, lease creation and a way for my tenants to pay and increase their credit scores. A must recommend!

We only have one rental house that needs to be rented every year or two. I always get quick results with Avail and their advertisers. The only thing I struggle with is jumping from messages to applications-think that could be move streamlined, but other than that, I am very happy with the service.

We also really appreciate your feedback about moving between messages and applications—it’s helpful insight, and the good news is we're already working on a more centralized messaging feature to make communication more streamlined. We’re happy to know you’ve had a positive experience overall and look forward to helping again when the time comes!
