Easy to post for free on Avail which includes Realtor.com and get listed on multiple sites. I got qualified applicants. Tips: Limited number of PHOTOS allowed so decide which are most important to show. Rearranging photos should be done on a desktop or laptop since I found it difficult to rearrange on my mobile

We continue to have issues with tenant and receving payments later than due date. Tenant complains it is Avail sofware and long ACH procesing times causing delays despite a fastpay feature being active on the landlord and tenant side. These delays after payment has been scheduled by tenant have resulted in ongoing disputes and ambiguity as to who is responsible for the delays (ie tenant, Avail, or tenant bank).
