Packing and coordination team were great throughout the process. The blue tape over foam cushions on the side of the acrylic vitrines did not turn out well, and the sides of a number of the vitrines were damaged when removing carefully. I would leave off the blue tape next time.

Thank you so much for the feedback! We always aim to protect delicate items as best as possible, and in this case, securing the foam to the vitrines with blue tape didn’t yield the results we intended. It’s something we’ll definitely rethink going forward. We truly appreciate you pointing it out and giving us the chance to improve! All the best! Until next time, AGM Team
