We do want to clarify that account restrictions is applied on an individual account basis and require a specific request or completed form for each account before we can proceed. This is to ensure that actions are taken accurately and only on the accounts confirmed by the account holder. Also, players are allowed to delete their accounts without having to come to Player Support. Regarding your refund request, as previously explained, under the Terms of Service you agreed to, players are responsible for all activity on their accounts, and deposits are non-refundable. To do so, players typically enter cash matches and receive rewards when they win, and request for withdrawals they there is sufficient balance.
