We’ve partnered with Awana for the past few years to source multiple engineering roles and on UI design projects, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent results. Their team is professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. They’ve been great at identifying strong matches for each role, making the hiring process much smoother and more efficient. Highly recommend!

Jay was so helpful, the communication was so fluid and clear. I was advised by Jay about how to conduct the interview and be aligned with the client requirements, fortunately there was a match between my experience, knowledge and what the client was looking for. Jay was very kind and professional, he is the best recruiter I met and thankfully he found me!
