For Capital One, the connection is handled through an official OAuth integration, which means we are not screen-scraping your account data. After you authenticate directly with Capital One, they send the account information to us securely. If the wrong account was linked, our support team can help resolve that pretty quickly. I also checked our Marriott and Chase integrations, and both are currently working normally, including Chase Ultimate Rewards tracking. Calendar Sync You reported the calendar sync issue to our support team less than 30 minutes before posting this review. We’d appreciate the opportunity to fully investigate before it’s publicly characterized as a systemic failure. Based on initial assessment, it’s likely related to how your calendar software fetches updates. Different platforms (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) poll for data at varying intervals, and in many cases, the issue can be resolved by forcing a refresh or waiting for the calendar to update. If you share which calendar software you're using, we’d be glad to take a closer look. 2FA and Account Syncing You’re right — 2FA is becoming more widespread, and it does introduce new complexity.
