At AyiConnect, we get it. From personal experience, we understand how difficult it is to connect with helpers who can provide good quality of care and speak in a specific language to authentically address your family’s needs. This includes teaching your child a second language, understanding the needs of your elderly parents in their native language, or simply getting someone to help around the house who also share your heritage or similar cultural values.AyiConnect helps to solve this issue by offering families with specific language needs the chance to connect to reliable helpers that can meet their child care, senior care, domestic care, and learning needs across several major US cities. Our mission is to help families obtain affordable quality help while providing stable job opportunities to skilled, yet under-resourced helpers. We have proudly created a culturally innovative platform that is committed to serving families and making jobs accessible to helpers from all backgrounds. We fully embrace cultural differences, as our network of families and helpers continues to grow more diverse.Customer feedback and satisfaction is extremely important to us. The continued safety and privacy of you and your family throughout the process are our priority. Our platform is fully insured and built with an underlying technology to detect users that do not align with our values. Whether you go through our self-service or concierge, we promise to deliver the best we can.We pledge part of our revenue to go towards supporting the cause of the AAPI community. This was a great service when I was in a jam of finding a nanny that met my qualifications. The team was extremely responsive and easy to work with- I could get in contact with someone when it was time sensitive even on evenings and weekends. I would definitely work with them again.

Ayi Connection was great in helping us find a nanny for our 1 year old son. They were easy to work with and listened to our family needs to find the right match for us. We really appreciate Echo’s help throughout the process and would recommend them to any family looking for care for their young children.
