Ayla is such an amazing resource for smaller boutique brands. Love their customer service. Def. support this small business in SF if you can!

A fantastic company and my go-to for all luxury skincare needs! Fabulous products, samples and deals abound, and lightening-fast shipping. Like, blink and your order is here. I am in Washington state and will never order from anywhere again. So many brands to explore and try with Ayla’s expert guidance. Did I mention the shipping speed? Super fast! Love it.

I ordered the second I received a notification that the MyHavetorn Happy Tea was back in stock. I was excited as I managed to purchase 2 canisters plus another MyHavetorn item that I’ve been wanting to try. This would’ve been my first time as I’ve missed the tea restock the last couple years after first discovering it. Sadly, my package never came. Initially, when I first reached out to Ayla, it wasn’t made clear whether reimbursement would be made if the package did not eventually arrive, perhaps due to misunderstanding on my part. But when it was determined that the package was indeed damaged and lost, Ayla did get back in touch and offered to either refund in part and re-ship the other item or give a full refund. I really appreciated that as was very anxious due to a couple negative experiences from other retailers in similar cases. So though still upsetting that this happened as I’ll now have to wait another year for an opportunity to try again, I sincerely appreciate Ayla’s customer service.

Hi Michaelle - As we communicated to you before you wrote this review, we were waiting on additional information from the shipping carrier before taking next steps, as packages do often show up in cases like this. We hope we have come to the best possible solution for you. We were disappointed to see this review and hope you know that our team is always here to help via phone or email in the future.

Their customer service is a pleasure. They sent me custom samples and I will be ordering a couple them. Also, the shampoo for sensitive scalp is working well for me.

I recommend having a free consultation in order for Ayla Beauty to understand what your skin needs and the outcome of what you are looking for. I am prone to rosacea and they have recommended the products that have kept my skin away from red patches. I am very pleased.

Ayla has a great selection of quality products and the associates are very knowledgable about each product. I find their expertise very helpful as I have ordered online from them for several years and not been disappointed.
