I really like that there are not a lot of skin care brands that are offered. I appreciate this because it is not overwhelming. I am happy with my purchase. It was very thoughtful to receive a hand written note from Kelly. I received my package within days. It was a seamless process.

I love and appreciate the “Why we love it” commentary on every item. It really helps..

Ayla is the best for so many reasons! The most thoughtful curation and the most helpful product notes. I feel the intention behind everything they do, from social media to packing and shipping orders.

I cannot believe how quickly my order arrived. I ordered it yesterday and I received it today! The product I ordered I usually order from the company who makes it but decided to try Ayla - and this is where I will be shopping from now on. I usually have to wait at least 5 business days if not longer for delivery. And the gift with purchase is a nice touch. Thank you so much!

They helped me with my order and made sure it went through the right way and it got to me super fast which is fantastic because I was dying to try my new product, which I also got at a great price. I also loved the personalized touch I received in my package, so nice!

Can’t comment too much … still waiting for product I ordered weeks later???

Hi Mel - it looks like we emailed you with an order update on 2/16 to let you know that your product would ship this week (and why that was the case); if you aren't receiving our emails, just let us know. We're happy to see that your package was delivered yesterday. Thanks for your patience!

Your company is doing fine. The order came very quickly. However, the product appears to be breaking me out. I used Josh Rosebrook's Nutrient day cream several years ago but it looks like they have reformulated it so I am not able to wear it every day as I had planned.

I’m so lucky to have found Ayla! I love the shop and I love how helpful and personable they are because I place all my orders online before I pick them up in store. Such high quality products and great customer service.
