My consult was great. Sarah was very well prepared with suggestions and took extra time to talk to make sure that all of my questions were answered. I am now able to efficiently use the products I already have and add in new effective ones (without being overwhelmed or overspending). I am very satisfied and well informed after the meeting. Excellent customer service that I wish more businesses would follow.

I like the variety of 'clean' skin care products offered and the available help about a product or skin issue. The response is caring, thorough and options are given. I love the the way Ayla takes care in shipping their orders also! It shows in the packaging! It's always a fun surprise to open the box. Thank You!

Ayla has super fast and free shipping ($40+), which is huge for me as a Hawaii resident. The free samples included are thoughtful and generous, as is their sustainable packaging- paper, glassine, biodegradable packing peanuts. I consult and purchase from Ayla in part because their product descriptions are written as a narrative and provide me more insight. The range of beauty and wellness products they carry is fantastic and I often discover a new brand or kind of product in their weekly newsletters.

I ventured onto their website and really liked all of the products they offer. I made a purchase, received conformation and it was delivered quickly. They also followed up with an email to see how I liked the products and if I had any questions. They certainly have a nice personal touch. Will definitely shop with Ayla again.
