So impressed by this company. I initially ordered samples to try out a pricey serum before purchase and it was delivered promptly with the email updates of my order. I did decide to order the full size of the serum and had the same excellent experience. Hoping to get into their SF location some day for a facial.

Ayla is both trustworth and graciously helpful in discussing their products, and I can always assume that they are healthful.

Great customer service; amazing selection of products that I can't find anywhere else; transparency about ingredients & decision-making when they include a product with an ingredient they would normally avoid; generally lovely vibe & charming emails; fast delivery to the east coast... I could go on and on.
