Very kind and responsive people to work with. Jeffrey is a great guy, and we look forward to working with him again. The electrophoresis system we purchased is, as far as I can tell, the same product offered by other suppliers, just with a different logo and much cheaper.

I absolutely love working with Azer Scientific, Inc. Our account manager Leigh Leber is brilliant. She has always made my ordering needs her #1 priority. She is very professional and helpful. She makes my days much easier by making sure that I get the correct item and at the best price. I love that I can reach out to her anytime to place an order and she will respond to me less than few hours. The company has great customer service and has many variety of items. I also receive weekly check in email from Leigh Leber to see if I need anything, which is absolutely great because it reminds me to order. The communication with Leigh Leber and the rest of the Azer Scientific team been great. All my questions always answered and they are always willing to go an extra mile for me. I'm very happy to be working with Azer and I wish the company all the success. Leigh Leber and the rest of the Azer team Thank you for always putting me and my company as your # 1 priority.

Our company started a business relationship with Azer in the "middle" of the COVID pandemic, as a means to help bridge the gap for consumables we saw were hard to source. Since then, we have found that they have a great array of products and can even source products that they do not carry on their website with great pricing. As time goes on, we find ourselves growing our business relationship with Azer and have had no issues with the quality of the products we have obtained from them. Their shipping is great and we haven't experienced any issues with getting our items in a reasonable time frame. Our sales representative, Tim, is knowledgeable on a wide array of goods that Azer carries and will look into any item you would like him to and will do so quickly. I can only imagine, if I have issues in the future, Tim and the Azer team would have them handled rapidly, but given that has yet to happen I suspect it is unlikely that we will experience any issues.
