Eugene was a little difficult to understand. That said he was very patient and repeated anytime I needed, he also was very thorough walking me thru step by step!

Convenient and cost effective. Would be even better if they could use any Antigen Test and not just FlowFlex. This made travel easy from the comfort of home with immediate results which helps for international travel and authorization forms.

This testing process was very convenient. We did have some video call connection issues, but the agent would just call us back right away and carry on with the procedure. The result came through in the time predicted, and we received our documentation immediately. All was good!
