Should have read the reviews here first. Believe what others are saying!! BUYER BEWARE! This company is a SCAM!!
I attempted to contact this company to cancel my service prior to any renewal, but they failed to respond to multiple attempts. Months later, they finally reached out—conveniently after their auto-renewal had already processed, locking me into another 3-year contract.
At no point was I verbally informed of an auto-renewal policy. It was only hidden in the fine print, which I was not made fully aware of at the time of sign-up. I believe this practice is misleading and unethical. I feel deceived and taken advantage of, and I’m now stuck in a long-term contract that I actively tried to prevent.

Terms and Conditions regarding cancellation were not clearly or adequately disclosed prior to my agreement
The terms regarding cancellation were either omitted or inadequately disclosed. BUYER BEWARE, if not cancelled 60 days prior to end of your term contract, they will automatically screw you into the same term you originally signed up for. They are a HUGE SCAM and the customer service SUCKS! Always get a runaround and they try to upgrade you to a better camera. How about make the cameras work properly that I already paid for?? STAY FAR AWAY! SCAM ALERT!!!! Don't even deserve 1 star. Very stressful situation.

Terrible Software - Unethical Billing Practices
The software is terrible, the cameras they sold me did not do as was promised. I've asked to cancel for years and I've been brushed off several times. After 3 years of "use" paying every payment, I finally got through to someone to cancel my account, but they made sure to leave out they were charging me over $14,000 for absolutely NOTHING! Oh, and if you don't return those crappy, 3-year old, $40 cameras in 30 days we'll charge you $99/per device. I am disputing this and writing to the BBB. I suggest you all as well.

Worst GPS company I have used by far....
They charged me for cameras and such that were never installed and refused to give me a credit for it. Their installers which are subbed out and not located locally fried the ignition on one of my skid steers and it cost over $2,000 to repair and I had to eat that and then they began taking the money out of my account with the credit card I paid with that they keep on file and don't tell you and charged it when I refused to pay due to all these issues until they were fixed. Now they are trying to charge me over $7,000 to cancel my horrible service with them. So, they expect me to have to pay to not continue to work with their horrible company because they could not hold up any end of what they sold me. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Worst company and experience I have…
Worst company and experience I have ever dealt with in my life. I have wasted thousands of dollars on their garbage equipment. They just want to charge your card nonstop every month. They lie to you to get the sale. They lied to my employee and had her sign a contract without telling me and they want to charge me over $5k to cancel after returning their equipment to them. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Bad company
While signing up, they made it seem like I could cancel at 2 years without penalty. Now, they say I can't. I have attempted to have a discussion with them about cancelling (even with a penalty), and they have not replied in almost 3 months. They'll just send an email pretending that they're going to get back to me, and they never do. Do NOT go with this company. The reason we're cancelling is that the product/service didn't work as expected. The site is difficult to use. The installation was difficult. We had issues with getting recordings sent to us. The customer service is unresponsive. There's literally nothing I can say good about the company except the people on the phone always seemed pretty nice.

Azuga experience
At the 2022 Maryland Towman show, I was introduced to Azuga. I liked what the salesperson was selling me and moved forward with a demo. My main interest was the rear aux camera and integration with Towbook—options my current company did not offer. I started with Auzuga in early 2023, but the problems started here. What Azuga was "selling" was not yet available. It was a lie to get the business, and they were not truthful at all throughout the process. My assigned account manager, Hilary, tried to help set up the account for months, but she was new to the company, so there was a learning curve.
At first, we were paying for service but were not getting back what we were paying for. Hilary worked as hard as possible to get tech support to fix all the issues. Over four months after starting the service, the aux cameras were delivered. These cameras were a nightmare to get working and never worked 100% for over a year. Some of the issues we experienced were Geo fences not working, PTO alerts not working, or having so many alerts that it was a nightmare, so since they couldn't fix the alerts, the only resolution from Azuga was to turn the alerts off. We had two accidents that were not our fault, but we couldn't prove them because Azuga's equipment was not working and didn't record it. The GPS screen would freeze (to show our truck's location), and you could not track the actual location. Azuga's equipment had to be replaced several times due to equipment failure. Tech support is hard to get in touch with, and when you did get in touch with them, it seemed to me like the rep was reading from a manual because they were not sure what they were doing.
Hilary was moved from my account, and Anthony Lucas replaced her in May 2023. I let Anthony know from the beginning that we were frustrated with their system and on the verge of leaving Azuga. I let Anthony know we weren't continuing to pay for a service we were not getting. Anthony said he would talk to accounting and get back to me several times. Still, like everything else he promised, he came back with nothing. Most pushing to resolve issues had to come from me. I had to make contact, or I did not hear from Azuga.
I guess that makes sense, seeing the number of clients that are and were having problems with Azuga that he/they were busy fixing problems. Three different times, I asked Anthony to please send us RMAs so we could return their equipment, and he would always respond by asking me to give him another opportunity to fix the list of issues we were having. After a year with Anthony, we had a third account manager take over, and I heard more of the same from the last two and that he would work to get everything fixed. I straight up told the third agent that Azuga had plenty of time to fix the issues and could not, and I could not afford to give any more time to Azuga trying to fix it. Still, to this date, Azuga has not sent me an RMA to return their equipment. Instead, they turned over the account to a collections agency. Again, Azuga was given over a year to fix their problems, but they could never fix the list. This is a breach of our contract.
