Azuga does not even deserve one star! I regret to say that my experience with them has been deeply disappointing. Not only did they exhibit poor communication throughout our interaction, but there were also blatant discrepancies between what was promised in our contract and what was delivered. Their lack of transparency and failure to uphold their end of the agreement was disheartening. Despite assurances made in the contract, the actual service fell far short of expectations. Attempts to address these issues were met with further miscommunication and a lack of accountability. I cannot in good conscience recommend Azuga based on my personal encounter. Potential customers should be cautious and thoroughly investigate any agreements before engaging with this company.

Unfortunately for me, I partnered with AZUGA in 2019, because of their assurances that our seasonal business could pause and cancel the service as needed, a crucial feature considering our 3-month yearly hiatus. Over the course of our association, we've faced a barrage of issues: Harassing Communications: Despite our clear requests to STOP, we received a multitude of unsolicited calls trying to upsell dash cams. They would call our office demanding to talk to me the owner, then go on about our team's reckless driving (not actually reckless) and that we needed cameras in vehicles. Finally, we blocked the number but I would still get voicemails often. Data Confidentiality Concerns: I've also been on the receiving end of emails and videos not intended for me but for another client, revealing potentially sensitive client data, which seriously calls into question their data management and confidentiality protocols. Cancellation Process: Contrary to the initial promises of easy cancellation, the actual process is convoluted. Worst yet after 5 years you will still be charged an early termination fee. Ours is $900. They will absolutely not waive or forgive it. While I understand that no company is perfect, I would advise potential clients to look elsewhere. There are companies with the same service for about 1/5 the price we are paying.

This company is the worst ever 1 year trying to cancel after 22 year contract. Hold then hang up the Hold hang up promise call backs that never happen then keep telling me someone will call back. Then keep charging and charging. This company is biggest scam ever!!!

Huge scammers, they don’t care about their customers. I bought 2 dash cams from them last year at march. They sent my cams via ups a month later but I didn’t receive them. I asked them where are my dash cams? Another month later they replied that dash cams were couldn’t deliver and were returned back to them. Azuga tried to send my dash cams again but couldn’t deliver. Finally only at September (6 months later) I received them. Also they were charging me $70 every month since march for monthly service fees. Why? This is unfair. But this is not the end, when i tried to install dash cams to my trucks I couldn’t, because dash cams connection were different. I’ve sent pictures to them showing that connection is different and it’s impossible to connect. And guess what? They didn’t resolve an issue. They didn’t replace dash cams. They decided to stay silent and keep charging my card every month. I’ve wrote many emails to them asking to resolve an issue and stop charging me, because it’s unfair, their dash cams are useless. But they never get back to me, they just don’t care. Avoid this company!!! Stay away from them! Don’t waste ur money

They are scammers. They don't care about customers. Their sells team sells you and then it's over. They accuse you of lying when a representative of theirs tells you something and you tell the next representative. DO NOT DO IT. I CAN NOT TELL YOU ENOUGH! THEY ARE A SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! There are many others that seem to care about their customers. This company DOES NOT! Azuga, I know you will respond to this review asking me to email you so you can look into it. That's a lie. I have been working with you and you all DO NOT CARE. You just respond to reviews so people can think you care, BUT YOU DO NOT! I don't know how you crooks sleep at night.

After multiple sales calls from Azuga, they reduced the price to a price point that I agreed to pay. Then when the "sales manager" did not call at the appointed time on a Friday night, I said "red flag." If they are sketchy on the front end of closing the deal, my opinion is that they would not improve as time passes. 2 Weeks have passed and my phone is ringing 6 times and more per day with sales calls from Azuga using foreign area codes and various numbers to mask who is calling. When I answer, a person will pretend familiarity and then begin pitching. Since then, I have read these reviews and I am pleased that I did not allow them to access my checking account. My instinct told me to say, "No," and I believe that was the correct response.

Brutal Customer Service. I've talked to several different employees from this company including my sales rep. Some are nice, some don't care about your problem, none of them are helpful. I called and was just trying to learn about the reports I was getting and the guy told me all of my questions can be answered in the FAQ and then stayed on the line with me while I looked up something and found what I was looking for and read it to him. Just ridiculous customer service, if I wanted to use the FAQ I would. I had been charged for months and months for their Super App Feature which I had told them to cancel multiple times and my invoice for the month would come back showing the charge again. I complained to them for the 3rd or 4th time about this charge, I guess we'll see if it shows up on my invoice again because they just stopped responding to me. I absolutely dread talking to them, they are unhelpful and every interaction results in me wondering what's going on in their offices that have them running so poorly. Maybe they're just tired of hearing from me. I avoid calling them whenever there's an issue because I am confident they won't be helpful and they'll make me feel like an idiot when I'm just trying to do my due diligence. I have another issue I need to talk to them about one of my users and I know they won't provide me with a solution. The only reason we haven't switched providers is because of the work and time that would go into it.

It looks like a very simple, easy-to-use system. That's where it ends. Tons of software and hardware glitches that never seem to go away. We are using the product mainly for the ELD which is subcontracted by Azuga to Vistracks. There are two different websites and apps you must use depending on what you're trying to do. Training materials for drivers are almost non-existent. So today I tried to make my own training videos by doing screen recordings on my iPhone. There were so many errors in the Azuga/Vistracks system I had to stop many times to log out of the app and try again. After about 5 tries and 5 pretrip inspections, I began driving. Great. Showed me as driving. Then got a popup telling me I needed to use paper logs due to a malfunction. Other drivers have experienced similar problems with the system. I'm tired of dealing with customer support and their "work-arounds". They released a new updated website called Azuga 2.0. The site wouldn't let me add or edit any driver info. After an hour with customer service trying to explain to a lady I could barely understand, she downgraded me back to Azuga 1.0 with no resolution as to when the new software would be working. I tried. I'm now fed up and switching to Motive, formerly Keep Truckin after over 6 months of trying to use this service. My drivers have to always keep paper logs due to malfunctions or just giving up on the system altogether.
