Slow to ship my order (7 days)
Placed order on 9/23/15; didn't ship until 9/29/15. Really needed it here by 9/30/15 for event. Other vendors ship and receive within 5 days.

Jackie - We are very sorry you did not receive your order on time. We were not aware of your time frame and unfortunately the items were on backorder for a few days.
