My BAI rep is very helpful and explains things to me with pictures when needed. I am new to embroidery and need this kind of explanation. He always responds, maybe not right away, but within a few minutes.

I started my embroidery journey in March2025, I had no experience on any type of embroidery machine. Purchased my BAi Mirror Machine and I watched their YouTube videos for about 2/3 weeks straight till i memorized them basically. I was determined making my vision into reality. As time went on. I was frustrated and determined to accomplish on making my first item . I have to admit I was frustrated at times but k knew with patience and little more knowledge from others like the BAi service team made it work out. Thanks to Luke help I been in good hands. Just this year. Bought my second BAi machine 2 head Vision. I’m greatful for all the help from BAi to make my journey possible and more simple
