I ordered my first wig several weeks ago snd still have not received it ! The wigs look nice in the ads but I cannot comment on how it look since I don’t have it. Also trying to reach someone to discuss this matter is very difficult. You have to ho thru “What’s App” phone number to speak with someone and then you get a recording that sounds like overseas and non- English! Very dissatisfied and this will be my first and last order!

Hi dear Sorry for the inconvenience caused We will report it to our factory and improve it in the future. Normally we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation,so it will needs some styling after receiving it. Could you pls try it? And if you have any question, pls feel free to contact us! We promise that we will ask our shipping department to pick out the best quality hair and give you a nice discount for you in next order. Wish you will give us another chance! Thanks!

Their response is a lie! I will not accept a discount for more trashy wigs. I’m upset I cannot include photos on this site. I would show you the doll baby hair I received. I should have just went with my gut that this company is a scam!! Don’t waste your money. I am very disappointed with the 2 wigs I received. Totaling $181.00 Both wigs are poor quality and is not human hair. The wigs Baisi wig advertises is not what I received. I asked for a full refund after and they offered me $30 which I said “No”. Then they offered $35 refund which I declined then they offered $45 and refuses to refund more.

Hi dear Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we asked our hairstylist to style your wig before we shipped it. But we checked that your package was delivered within one week. It was oversea shipping, which needed some days for shipping, wish get your understanding. Thanks.
