Quick response to my order was excellent. I thought it was not real person but as I communicated about ordering it was very evident that they were concerned about my order. Thanks the wig was better than expected.

Purchased custom wig. The wig cap was too big it fit like a hat that covered my ears. Baisi did not supply a shipping label. Cost to return wig is more than the wig. The wig cost 85.00 and the shipping cost 106.00. I was offered 20.00 towards the purchase of a new wig. Beware.
