The wig look nothing like what i purchased! The wig is matted and look nothing like the picture. Absolutely awful. Look like grandma wig she had since the 50’s. And i have been trying to return and they keep giving me the run around. This is a scam and i want my money back. The pictures are nothing like the actual item. Never again will I buy anything from this company.

I purchased my very 1st wig August 30th and I never heard of this company. I was scared to purchase but the styles and beauty of the cuts and color made it hard to resist. My shipment didn't take long and when it arrived, I was well pleased. The wig was exactly like it looked in the images. I ordered 3 more a week later and those are beautiful as well. Here it is Sept. 17th and I just placed an order for 2 more. I THINK IM ADDICTED!!!

I definitely cannot recommend this company! Response time was great! It’s the resolution that was very poor. I had several issues, but it was going to be too expensive to make a return. AND they retain a portion of your refund! The wig looked nothing like the photo, & I can guarantee it had nothing to do with it being “smashed in shipping”. I’d also ordered a “small” cap, which was too big even with a grip. The curls were super tight & seemed very dry. Money wasted that could’ve gone towards a much nicer wig. Lesson learned!

This company is based and ships out of China. If need to return items they give u an address in China which is expensive! They’re lying about purchases ship from US. The reviews are suspect. My purchase was not as described and definitely was not worth the price. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

Fraud all the way. I ordered a wig from Baisi and I What I received was simply horrible. Nothing like the wig I ordered. Buyer beware. Don't order from this place. Horrible

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM I got a pixie wig in July nothing like the picture the hair was very course and it shaded a lot gone in the bin it was not a nice wig at all so I have been looking on different websites to buy another pixie and they site keeps popping up and what do I see videos of a wig maker in Africa good quality wigs on they site for sale don’t be fooled it will not be anything like the the picture plus's her wigs cost more. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING OFF THIS SITE PLEASE WE WORK TO HARD FOR OUR MONEY TO BE JUST THROWING AWAY LIKE THIS

I paid $180 for a wig that wasn’t any thing like the picture I’ve been reaching out with no success, $180 is a lot in this time to be ripped off I’m totally upset I’ve been ordering from sites for years and never been ripped off, business taking advantage of hard working people is terrible, well If I got to write a letter every day and write reviews I’m willing to do that, because I did my part I paid what was required do I should receive what I paid for unacceptable

I ordered a wig from Baisiwig website on July 27, 2024; when I received it on August 2, 2024, I saw that the wig was not the one I ordered! I paid $129 for the wig and I have requested to return it and get a refund for them sending the wrong wig. I am so upset with myself for not doing research on the website before purchasing, please do not make the same mistake I made!! Do not purchase from these frauds!!
