The team is very understanding of unexpected situations and they went out of their way to help me out when there was fire emergency on my moving day. My driver Ismail was very polite and strong! He made sure everything went smoothly and handled stressful situations very professionally.

Zak and Connor were fantastic. Removing our sofa turned out to be a tricky job on a very hot day, but they stayed friendly, calm, and professional throughout. They worked hard to get it out and handled everything with care and a great attitude. Excellent service, good communication, fair pricing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Thanks again 😄

I was looking for movers around the N19 area and CHATGPT recommended Bakaa. Zak and his sidekick, wished I remembered his name, did an awesome job. Professionals throughout and a very friendly team.

Top-Notch Service – Reliable, Flexible, and Affordable! I can’t praise this company enough! From the moment I reached out—without even knowing exactly when I’d be free—they were incredibly patient and accommodating. Despite the last-minute nature of my request, they came through and sent their best man, Chikan, who was an absolute legend.

Very professional and responsive during the organising. Jamel was quick, helpful, and everything arrived in one piece. Would recommend and would use again.

Booked and confirmed a Luton Van with 2 men for a 12.00 pick up. Called them at 12.15 and was told they took another job! and they would call back. After numerous calls from us they admitted they made a mistake with no solution. At 15.00 they sent a van with 1 driver which was impractical as our new home was on the third floor and the driver only took the goods to the 1st floor as "had he been told it was on the third floor he would have declined the job" Our parents had to then help lug the furniture. Their customer service was non existant and communication/resolution poor. It was not a smooth and stress free experience as stated on their booking/website.
