So I came into the chat not knowing anything other than I wanted a box for chocolate covered strawberries. Well Paul, talked me all the way through and by the end of our chat he has coached me on how to create a custom box for my business. And was patient!

David was awesome. I had several questions and tons of edits. He was patient and constantly followed up with me, in which I greatly appreciate because I run a very busy life. Therefore the follow up enable me to finally order my boxes and I absolutely love them. They separate me from other businesses like mine. It's the professional look and step that I needed to take as a small business. Thanks again David, you were phenomenal.
