Well I oder a helmet around December 2021 but because of all the problems we having in this world I got my helmet 6/22 around there the company is fantastic but the only problem I had was with them sending on time and is not because of them is because the inflation I definitely like my helmet and is a great Quality

This company has done nothing but screw me around for almost 5 months. They are selling helmets they don't have, and I've gotten one contradictory excuse after another. In mid-May I was told they got their helmets and are gluing Velcro on them and will be shipped mid-June. Mid-June came and went and nothing. End of June I message, and the reply is they are having supply chain issues which is a huge LIE!!! They are still collecting money on their site for helmets they don't have. Nothing saying they are out of stock. Which is against the law. I never got any updates from them at all. THAT is against the law. I told them get me my helmet! I got a refund instead! I'll be contacting the sheriffs dept and FTC and anyone else I need to contact! This is total BS!!!!

Hello, we're sorry for your poor experience with us. We try to communicate the most current information to our customer, but unfortunately our suppliers and shipping partners can't always provide accurate estimates either. I realize that's not a good excuse and it doesn't solve your problem, just trying to explain. We do have banners and warnings on the products that are backordered, but we could certainly do a better job of making sure that our customers are aware of the delays before purchasing.

The helmet seems to be good quality and well put together. However, the shipping took forever and communication was slow. This would make me cautious of ordering anything else.

I have not received the helmet after 16 weeks since I ordered it. I will update this once I actually receive the order. I have been told 2 or 3 times it will come in 1 or 2 weeks. Yet nothing!

I just received it today. I fitted it with 2 Nitecore helmet lights. Its extremely comfortable. I don’t intend on actually testing it as I’ve already seen what it can stand up to on YouTube. The padding is very high quality and the rear tightening adjustment fine tunes the fit perfectly. I think it’s a great thing to have for a just in case situation or any sort of outdoor or search and rescue situation.
