Bamboo HR covers everything we need and it provides a easy to use UI for the majority of our HR needs. I predominately found their onboarding of our employees to be very good and its also easy to generate reports and view insights. Pricing is a little more than what I would like for our size company but its a compromise I made for ease of use compared to other platforms we looked at.

Have been trying to get pricing for their service, but their sales people have consistently been shifty in the process of trying to obtain their pricing. Why can't companies just list out their pricing with transparency and integrity?

Clumsy and unintuitive product; and support is all self-led as so hard to reach anyone. Initial implementation was poor and unfortunatly i have used google and chat threads to answer questions as i will wait 24-48 hrs for a response. (UK - USA time difference) Support services need to be far more reactive, with staff taking more ownership of issues.

There is a bug in their signing document feature and they haven't resolved this for more than a month. They said they will inform me as soon as they have an update but there is no update unless I reach out to them.

BambooHR makes the work of an HR Department of one so much easier and efficient! I love the new ATS features to help streamline the hiring process. My only wish at this point is for an upgraded training tab, we need to be able to assign trainings based on individuals.

Bamboo HR is super easy to use, and navigating between different modules/employee records takes zero effort. The platform layout is logical and you can find employee details without a lot of senseless searching. Overall, the platform saves time and effort. That makes it worth a small fortune to me.

BambooHR is an overall great HRIS, especially if you want it to be admin and employee friendly. I have had a lot of great experiences with the BambooHR support team, always being extremely responsive. There are some limitations, but nothing dealbreaking, I would use BambooHR again and again!

There are some limitations. Overall, BambooHR is a great system, but there are some nuisances that are lacking such as not allowing HR admins to change the date to release a performance review or being able to send a document back and forth for signature to a person who has not started yet (sending BAA agreements). Another limitation is the pay and setting up who works how many hours on a given day since not every person works the same amount of hours (I.E. working 10 hours in 1 day) which always requires manual manipulation during holidays. It's a great system for regular day to day HR work, but not in a clinical field when clinicians work 10 hour days for 4 days or sometimes 6 hours 1 day and 12 hours another day
